Does undo use credits?
No. Undo returns to the previous video at no credit cost. Your version history stays available for comparison.
Which styles can I choose?
Motion uses clean flat motion graphics, Sketch uses hand-drawn whiteboard visuals, and Cinematic uses dark cinematic visuals. Motion is the default in Agent.
What can I make?
Turn a written prompt into a 10, 15, or 30 second motion video in 1080p MP4. Choose landscape (16:9), portrait (9:16), or square (1:1).
Is there a free generation?
No free generations. Sign in and choose a monthly or annual plan, or buy a credit top-up before creating a video. Prices are in USD, tax extra; no free tier. Subscription credits are granted each paid billing period, expire at its end, and do not roll over. Annual credits are granted up front for the year. One-time top-ups provide 400 credits for $9.90, valid 12 months. Credits are deducted before each job; failed renders are automatically refunded to your balance.
How many credits does a video use?
Agent offers 10, 15, or 30 seconds for 100 credits per render; revisions cost 40 credits. In the homepage Quick generator, a 15 second video costs 100 credits, 30 seconds costs 180, and 60 seconds costs 400. Every follow-up chat edit costs 40 credits.
Can I request changes?
Yes. When your video is ready, describe your changes in the chat edit form. Each edit costs 40 credits, including the first edit.
Does it include sound?
Videos use an original music library. There is no voiceover; write your story so it can be understood through its visuals and on-screen text.
How long are files kept?
MP4 files are kept for 30 days. Save your finished video within that time.
What is the refund policy?
Cancel anytime and retain access until the end of your billing period. Refunds processed via Creem claw back that period’s granted credits. Failed generations automatically return the deducted credits to your balance.
