The details

Terms of service

Please read these terms before using HyperFrames Online.

The service

HyperFrames Online turns text prompts into motion videos of 10, 15, or 30 seconds. Output is 1080p MP4, with landscape, portrait, and square formats. Videos use an original music library and have no voiceover.

Your account

You must sign in to choose a monthly or annual plan, or buy a credit top-up and generate videos. Keep your account access secure and use accurate account information. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account.

Credits and payments

Plans are monthly and annual subscriptions in USD, tax extra, with no free tier. Credits are granted each paid billing period and expire at its end. Unused subscription credits do not roll over. Annual credits are granted up front for the year. One-time top-ups provide 400 credits for $9.90, valid 12 months. Cancel anytime; access continues until period end. No free generations. Agent renders cost 100 credits for 10, 15, or 30 seconds; revisions cost 40 credits. In the homepage Quick generator, a 15 second generation costs 100 credits, 30 seconds costs 180, and 60 seconds costs 400. Every chat edit costs 40 credits. Credits are deducted before a job starts. Final failed generations receive an automatic credit refund.

Your content and responsibilities

Only submit content that you have permission to use. Do not use the service for unlawful material, infringement, or impersonation. Check the accuracy and suitability of a finished video before publishing it. Generated content can contain mistakes.

Downloads and availability

MP4 files are kept for 30 days. Save and keep your own copy during that period. A generation may fail; completion time and uninterrupted availability are not guaranteed.

Refunds

Cancel anytime with access until period end. Refunds via Creem claw back that period’s granted credits. The refund policy explains payment refunds and automatic refunds for failed jobs.
