Cancel your monthly or annual subscription anytime. Access continues until the end of the paid billing period. All prices are in USD, tax extra. No free tier.
Period credits
Credits are granted each paid billing period and expire at the end of that period. Unused subscription credits do not roll over. Annual credits are granted up front for the year. One-time top-ups provide 400 credits for $9.90, valid 12 months.
Payment refunds
Contact support using your Creem receipt to request a payment refund. Refunds processed via Creem claw back the credits granted for the refunded subscription period or top-up. Include the payment reference; never send passwords or full card details.
Failed generations
Failed generation or render jobs automatically refund their deducted credits. Each chat edit costs 40 credits. A job credit refund is separate from a subscription payment refund.
